Where children are being educated, SOLL promotes loving children as the foundation that all teaching builds upon.  SOLL believes love comes from an intrinsic value and worth that all persons possess in being created by God in the image of God.  Loving a child means taking all efforts to know, serve and nurture that child's unique needs, giftedness, and sense of purpose.  In serving a child, SOLL works to access all needed resources for each child's physical, mental and spiritual growth aimed at fostering an inner sense of success and esteem.
